BDP Expands Practice to offer Mediation Services
BDP attorneys Steve Dobson and Eric Burnette have recently obtained Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Listings. Both attorneys have handled a wide varitey of cases on both the plaintiff and defense side of litigation, making them particularily well suited to facitilate settlement in the role of a neutral mediator. BDP has four 1st floor, street level, confrence rooms of varying sizes to accomodate the needs of the mediating parties, and we have the ability to utilize additional conference rooms upstairs should more space become necessary.
